Question: How do I take this class?
Answer: Once you enroll in a workshop, you will login to your account via the student sign in tab on our website. You need to click sign in at the top right corner of the virtual school page. This will bring you to your student dashboard. The workshops you have purchased will be on your dashboard. Click on the workshop you would like to access and make your way through the steps in the instruction menu. Reference each video as needed.

Question: Why can’t I login to my account?
Answer: This is often times the result of entering an incorrect email address when you registered for the account. Please email us at ali@alikaystudio.com and we will assist you.

Question: Why is my video loading slowly or stopping?
Answer: This is typically the result of slow internet or gaps in service. You can check the speed of your internet by going to www.speedtest.net.

Question: How long do I have access to the workshop?
Answer: You will have access to this course for one year from the time of purchase. You can access the course on any device that has an internet connection. Our videos are not available for download but you are welcome to download and keep all PDF documents.

Question: What type of device do I need to take this class?
Answer: You can access all the class content through a PC or a mac computer. You can also access the course on a tablet. Video demos on Photoshop will be done using the desktop version of the software. Video demos on PicsArt and Snapseed with be done using the app.

Question: Do I need to have Photoshop, PicsArt, and Snapseed to take this class?
Answer: No. You can watch all the demos and learn the techniques without actually having the programs. We do strongly recommend having the programs installed however so that you can try out the techniques as you learn them. Photoshop is $9.99 monthly on the Photography plan. You can start with a 7 day free trial. PicsArt and Snapseed are both free.

I have used Photoshop for over 20 years and I feel confident that I am well versed in the program, but I am only able to address questions that are specific to this course.
