Question: How do I take this class?
Answer: Once you enroll in a workshop, you will login to your account via the student sign in tab on our website. You need to click sign in at the top right corner of the virtual school page. This will bring you to your student dashboard. The workshops you have purchased will be on your dashboard. Click on the workshop you would like to access and make your way through the steps in the instruction menu. Reference each video as needed.

Question: Why can’t I login to my account?
Answer: This is often times the result of entering an incorrect email address when you registered for the account. Please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Question: Why is my video loading slowly or stopping?
Answer: This is typically the result of slow internet or gaps in service. You can check the speed of your internet by going to www.speedtest.net.
Question: How long do I have access to the workshop?
Answer: You will have access to this course for one year from the time of purchase. You can access the course on any device that has an internet connection. Our videos are not available for download but you are welcome to download and keep all PDF documents.
Question: What type of device do I need to take this class?
Answer: You can access all the class content through a PC or a mac computer. You can also access the course on a tablet.
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase ONLY if you believe that the class does not reflect what was presented on the course sales page. We do not offer further refunds except for purchases out of the customer’s control such as a fraudulent purchase.
